Step 3: Receive your Tickets, Cap and Gown

As our TXWES community and nation meet the ongoing challenges of COVID-19, we are working with vendors to identify how graduates will receive their graduation items. As we continue to monitor the situation and follow recommendations from local authorities and the CDC, we will continue to keep you updated — please check back for more information about ticket disbursement.

Tickets

All participating graduates are guaranteed 5 tickets to the commencement ceremony. Beginning on Nov.10, participating graduates in need of additional tickets are eligible to request extra tickets online.  Extra tickets are not guaranteed and the quantity of extra tickets available is dependent on the number of participating graduates, available seats and the number of extra tickets requested. Participating graduates are encouraged to request tickets for confirmed guests to increase the probability that all students receive what they are needing.
