While we plan to offer instruction face-to-face, due to COVID-19, some or all instruction for all or part of Academic Year 20-21 may be delivered remotely. Tuition and mandatory fees have been set regardless of the method of instruction and will not be refunded in the event instruction occurs remotely for any part of the Academic Year.
Whether you’re on campus or on the go, you can make a payment to your Texas Wesleyan account using one of the following options:
Payments via the internet can be made using credit/debit card or an eCheck. The university accepts, VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card. All credit card transactions are charged 2.5% service fee on the amount of the transaction. There is a $2.95 minimum service fee.
eCheck payments are charged a $1 service fee. You will need your bank routing number and checking account number. We encourage you to speak with your bank to verify your routing and account numbers if you are unsure.
If you have a student ID, login to RAMLINK to make a one-time payment or set-up a payment plan.
For cash or check payments only, please stop by our office. Cashier’s are located on the 3rd floor of the Oneal-Sells Administration Building.

We have partnered with Flywire for international students to send payments to the university for tuition, fees, room and board charges. Want to spread your payments out through the semester? Set up a payment plan for traditional semester courses and pay over time. Taking a class in a 7-week session? Just make sure to pay for each session five business days before the first day of class and you’ll be all set.
