EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Masters of Science degree in computer science or closely related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have a Ph.D. in the field. Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching at undergraduate level required. A strong commitment to global perspective and serving a diverse student body is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, papers, and periodicals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and professional papers. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups including students and colleagues.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Must be able to move about campus freely.
