Morton Fitness Center offers an array of classes through the year. Take a look at the description for each class and find one that works for you.

About Each Class

PiYO: Music driven format is inspired by the muscle sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates with strength and the flexibility components of yoga for a quick paced low impact workout. It puts emphasis on alignment, and breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.  

AquaFit: Catch the Wave – This aqua program will provide a high energy water fitness challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Individuals will have to control their body position, enhancing core stability, as well as reducing shock to the joints. A great total body workout without the sweat and impact on the body. 

SWET (Strength, Weight, Endurance, Training): Total body, heart pumping, strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

CHAOS (Tabata Inspired): This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic & strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength & agility training designed to tone your body, improve your endurance. You will have noodle arms & legs when your finished and drenched in sweat... Sorry Not Sorry... Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. 

YOGA: You know this one. It’s a mind-and-body workout for all fitness levels. It incorporates breathing techniques, posture, balance, and meditation. This class will also provide yogis with more strength and flexibility.

CORE: Simple, quick, intense, NO cardio, NO weights, all-inclusive core focus workout.
